Ambitious men looking to establish themselves as leaders and mentors early in their careers. Looking for guidance and mentorship on anything from basic life skills to moving up to that next position. They seek to mentor peers or younger colleagues to boost their influence.
Those at a point in their careers where they want to start giving back or building a legacy. Looking for guidance on phasing into retirement or the next stage of life. They are likely already in leadership positions and want to formalize their mentoring abilities.
Retired or semi-retired men looking to share their lifetime of experience with younger generations. They often seek a structured way to give back, either through personal or professional mentoring.
These men also have goals, they may gain an insight or different perspective from one of the other groups on seeking out growth opportunities.
LUYL members will be matched with a mentor who will help them to pursue their individual goals. Anyone who joins will also have the opportunity to complete the Mentor Qualification Program and be matched with people who most relate to their individual life experience.

My name is Keith Blasi. I'm a husband, dad, prior service US Army warrant officer, commercial airline pilot, mentor, instructor, and many other things. I would never have gotten any of these places without mentorship. I've been blessed with mentors throughout my journey, I created LUYL to share that with you!
LUYL is a mentorship program. The focus is on building loyal men who are growing daily to become the person they were created to be. Let's all work together to be better than we were yesterday. Together we can change the world, one man at a time.
